What you'll do
- Update and maintain daily MIS trackers and dashboards
- Consolidate data from teams into management reports
- Check data accuracy and chase corrections at source
- Circulate scheduled reports to stakeholders on time
- Support the operations team with ad-hoc data pulls
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Pivot Tables
- Comfort with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or willing to relocate
