What you'll do

• The incumbent will be responsible for driving EXIM business growth through customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management. The role focuses on managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders across the logistics ecosystem, and ensuring seamless movement of import and export cargo through Rail and Inland Terminal services.
• 1. Business Development and Revenue Growth
• Drive EXIM sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing customers.
• Retain and grow business from existing customers through regular engagement and solution-based selling.
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming shipments and identify opportunities for increasing cargo volumes.
• Promote multimodal logistics solutions including rail transportation, inland terminals, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.
• Develop strong relationships with Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, CHAs, NVOCCs, and other industry stakeholders.
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• 2. Stakeholder Co-Ordination
• Coordinate with Shippers, CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Operations Teams, and Shipping Lines for smooth cargo movement.
