What you'll do
- Source candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews
- Coordinate offers and onboarding
- Maintain the recruitment tracker
- Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Communication, LinkedIn
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana (or remote where applicable)

- 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.
