What you'll do

• . Position Overview
• The Shift Engineer is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day engineering operations of the township, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of all MEP systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. This role ensures high service delivery standards and immediate response to technical issues during the assigned shift.
• 2. Key Responsibilities
• A. Operations & Maintenance
• Monitor, operate, and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC, LT panels, DG sets, pumps, STP/ WTP, fire systems, elevators, lighting, etc.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and record performance of all plant & machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• B. Shift Management
• Manage and supervise technicians during the shift.

Who can apply

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in residential townships, commercial buildings, or large facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience with BMS operations (preferred).
