What you'll do

• * Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• * Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
• * Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial situation, assess evolving needs, and provide expert advice.
• * Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client service.
• * Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• * Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.
• * Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies.

• Job Qualifications**
• * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• * Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• * Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.
• * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• * Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• * Results-oriented with a strong sales and customer service acumen.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• * Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
