What you'll do

• * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of existing and prospective high-net-worth and corporate clients.
• * Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the secured direct lending market.
• * Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on client applications, ensuring adherence to credit policies and risk parameters.
• * Structure and negotiate complex secured lending transactions, including real estate-backed loans, asset-backed financing, and other collateralized facilities.
• * Prepare and present compelling loan proposals to credit committees and clients.
• * Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• * Monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• * Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within secured direct lending.
• * Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• * Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the secured direct lending business.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
• * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or secured lending, with a proven track record of originating and managing direct secured loan portfolios.
• * Deep understanding of secured lending products, credit analysis, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
• * Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client segments.
• * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• * A strong network within the high-net-worth and corporate client segments is a significant advantage.
