• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
• Drive process stabilization with minimal deviations

• Build team capability and ensure readiness for operations
• Drive ownership, accountability, and performance consistency
• 3. Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
