What you'll do
- Gather, document and sign off business requirements with stakeholders
- Map current processes and quantify where they leak time or money
- Build the analysis and decks that support a proposed change
- Coordinate between business users and technical teams through delivery
- Track post-implementation metrics to confirm the change worked
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA/MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Requirement Gathering
- Comfort with SQL, Excel and process-mapping tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Ranchi, Jharkhand or willing to relocate
