What you'll do

  • Assist the product manager with launch planning, timelines and field readiness
  • Track prescription and market-share data for the assigned product(s)
  • Coordinate with design and print vendors on promotional literature
  • Support market mapping and doctor-list building for new launches
  • Prepare cycle-meeting decks and launch trackers for the marketing team
  • Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
  • Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
  • Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

  • B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Prescription Data Analysis
  • Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint and prescription-audit dashboards and with reading prescription and market-share data
  • Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
