What you'll do
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth within your assigned territory.
- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Drive sales growth and profitability within assigned accounts and territories.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across OEM, Industrial, and Automotive Refinish customers.
- Develop strategic account plans to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships.
- Deliver sales, revenue, collection, and profitability objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions that create value.
- Support customer retention and loyalty through consistent engagement and excellent service.
Who can apply
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable.
