What you'll do

• Develop and manage relationships with domestic B2B customers across textile, apparel, and garment segments.
• Generate new business and procure orders aligned with the company's manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from inquiry to dispatch.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, production, planning, and quality teams for timely execution.
• Gather market intelligence on fashion trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular inputs to the design team for seasonal collection development.
• Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiate prices while maintaining target margins.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor customer buying patterns, business potential, and payment status.
