What you'll do

  • Oversee centre operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
  • Plan and schedule engagement activities in alignment with programme priorities and centre needs.
  • Coordinate with Aakriti volunteers to support mentorship, development, and participation in centre activities.
  • Manage engagement with third-party stakeholders and support coordination with Arvind Senior Management.
  • Monitor centre activities and maintain accurate data, records, and reports at defined intervals.
  • Ensure effective execution of centre plans, timelines, and operational follow-ups.
  • Support a safe, inclusive, and well-organised environment for all centre activities.
  • Maintain accountability, consistency, and high standards in centre operations and reporting.
  • Must-Have Skills
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
