What you'll do

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Global Payroll Operations team, supporting the EU Region with a dedicated focus on UK payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, while acting as the primary subject matter expert for their assigned jurisdictions. This role operates within a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment and requires a high standard of accuracy, regulatory awareness, and stakeholder communication.

Who can apply

• Minimum 1–3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, with demonstrable expertise in EU payroll
• Knowledge of UK legislation, National Insurance contributions, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), and HMRC reporting obligations
• Experience working with payroll vendor platforms
• Proficiency in payroll data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally and within SLA
• Experience creating and maintaining payroll SOPs and process documentation
• Ability to interpret and apply legislative changes independently
