What you'll do

• Detail-oriented in Material Management with experience supporting compliant, high-quality marketing and digital content across multiple channels. Demonstrates strong coordination and organizational skills to manage content reviews, regulatory approvals and publication processes while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at maintaining workflows, tracking tools and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
• Review materials for spelling, grammar and compliance with Ameriprise brand, style and disclosure guidelines.
• Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in our regulatory system and actively follow up with business partners to ensure timely execution.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and executing best practices and procedures.
• Support alignment and communication on processes, timelines and deadlines related to content publication and cross-functional digital campaigns.
• Support the publishing and quality review of content on public-facing websites to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate marketing update requests and submit tickets to agency partners for campaign updates and enhancements.
• Maintain team content inventories, dashboards and tracking tools to support visibility into priorities and progress.
• Assist with program coordination, including project tracking, cross-functional collaboration and other operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with leader and team in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency, improve performance and meet the demand of constantly evolving business needs.
