What you'll do
- Track operational KPIs, SLAs and productivity metrics
- Investigate process bottlenecks and quantify their cost
- Build operational dashboards and daily performance reports
- Recommend and measure process improvements
- Work with ops leads to close gaps found in the data
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Process Analytics
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
