• Role Description
• The Processor is responsible for processing activities related to client benefit plans as configured in organizational tools. The role involves performing SOP-driven transaction processing tasks with accuracy and consistency, while ensuring compliance with internal and client SLAs.
• The incumbent is expected to develop a clear understanding of client plan provisions by asking relevant questions and responding to client requirements in a timely manner. The role also requires maintaining updated SOPs and documentation, following predefined procedures, and ensuring performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
• Active participation in team huddles and status meetings is essential to ensure accurate delivery of assigned work.
