What you'll do

• The job holder is placed under the authority of the Structures - Aerostructures Data Management Team in the Airframe Department within Airbus Group India Private Limited.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• * Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• * Strong understanding of **Process Methods & Tools** used in electrical design and airframe integration, particularly in 3D CAD environments (e.g., CATIA V5/V6 Electrical, SEE Electrical Expert, or similar).
• * Familiarity with electrical harness design principles and manufacturing processes.
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• * Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• * Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• * Proficiency in project management methodologies is a plus.
