What you'll do

Plan and execute Insurance Awareness Camps across corporate offices and residential societies
Engage potential customers, understand requirements and educate on insurance products
Generate, qualify and capture high-quality leads through on-ground interactions
Coordinate and support field marketing campaigns and promotional events
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and daily field activities
Collaborate with internal sales and BD teams for timely follow-up and conversion
Identify opportunities to improve customer outreach and contribute to business growth

Who can apply

Freshers interested in sales, business development or financial services
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confidence engaging with customers in corporate and residential settings
Willingness to do on-ground field work and local travel across Delhi NCR
Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly and accurately
Discipline to maintain accurate records of interactions and leads
Comfort working towards lead generation and conversion targets
Professional presentation and conduct while representing the company
Collaborative approach with internal sales and BD teams
Available to work in Delhi or Noida
