What you'll do

Supervise production lines and shift targets
Ensure quality, safety and efficiency
Coordinate manpower, materials and machines
Track output, downtime and wastage
Drive continuous improvement on the floor
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Production Planning, Team Supervision, Quality Control, Lean Manufacturing
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Kundaim, Goa
