What you'll do

preparing MIS and financial reports
supporting financial analysis and modelling
maintaining records in Excel/Tally
assisting month-end and reconciliations
analysing budgets and variances
Collaborate with the team and document your work
Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed B.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA aspirant
Foundational knowledge of Advanced Excel, Financial Analysis, Accounting, MIS
Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
Based in or open to working from Pune
A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
