Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and question banks for assigned topics.
Run doubt-solving sessions and record recurring problem areas.
Assist with assessments, evaluation and result analysis.

Who can apply

Education: pursuing or completed any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; B.Ed is a plus but not required
Graduation year: 2025, 2026 or 2027 batch
Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA (relaxable for candidates with strong practical projects)
Technical skills: working knowledge of Lesson Planning, Academic Content, Subject Expertise, Google Workspace
Soft skills: clear written communication, ownership, willingness to document work
Experience: none required — freshers welcome; prior projects or certifications are a plus
