• Internal Processes
• Monitor adherence to company recipes and preparation standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits across outlets and vending locations.
• Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions.Evaluate coffee beans, milk, syrups, and ingredient quality.
• Prepare coffee beverages across espresso and other methods according to standard recipes.
• Good understanding of espresso machines, grinders, coffee brewers, and related equipment.
• Understand factors impacting end cup quality and ability to ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and temperature.
• Innovation & Learning
• Develop initiatives to improve beverage consistency and service quality.
