What you'll do

• 1. Customer Acquisition & Business Generation
• Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field activities
• Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets
• Generate leads through referrals and cross-sell financial products (insurance, loans, etc.)
• 2. Gold Appraisal & Loan Processing
• Conduct gold valuation (purity testing, weight verification) as per company standards
• Process loan applications including documentation, KYC verification, and data entry
• Ensure accurate loan disbursement, renewal, and closure within TAT
• Counsel customers on eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms
• 3. Customer Relationship & Service
