Respond to customer queries via chat, email and calls
Resolve issues and escalate where needed
Maintain customer records and notes in the CRM
Onboard and guide customers on the product
Gather feedback and share insights with the team
Track satisfaction and support metrics

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
Foundational knowledge of Communication, CRM, Problem Solving or a strong willingness to learn them
Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
Based in or open to working from Delhi (Hybrid)
Able to commit to the full internship duration
