What you'll do

• **Responsibilities**
• Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage the delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements)
• Manage document lifecycle including deal documentation, customer communication, due diligence materials, and third-party agreements
• Ensure defined proposal standards are consistently applied across bid teams
• Organise and facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration on sub-stream level
• Support the development and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes; provide training on CRM, SharePoint, and relevant databases
• Produce reporting and decision-support data to enable the Bid Manager and support bid governance standards
• Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the bid process
• Conduct bid strategy analysis and competitive intelligence to support proposal development and positioning
• Review bid submissions for quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to organisational standards prior to delivery
