What you'll do

• We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Reporting and Analytical professional to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team. The Analyst will support the continued evolution of the reporting function. The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality reporting and analysis on HR data that will help identify trends and provide guidance that will drive global business decisions. The Analyst will partner with the internal teams to continue improving reporting processes and optimizing reporting delivery solution to support State Street strategies. This person will also support technology-based platforms, functionality implementation and maintenance.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree - Field of study in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management a plus.
• 5+ years of experience with data visualization tool Tableau, including experience with both new dashboard creation and troubleshooting errors in calculated fields or underlying source data.
• Experience using a programming language, such as R, Python, or SAS, for regression modeling and other advanced statistical analysis
• Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Workday is a plus.
• Strong technical skills with expertise with MS Office Suite including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (Desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate reporting and analytical insights to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt plans due to changes in priorities and/or clients objectives.
• Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
• 5 – 7 years of working experience in performing HR reporting and analysis is a plus.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
