Now Brewing — Talent Seekers! Starbucks is hiring Apprentices (Retail Trainee Associates) across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata. The Starbucks Apprenticeship is structured on-the-job training designed to help freshers develop real workplace skills and achieve a nationally recognised standard — no previous experience required. As an apprentice you will welcome and connect with every customer, deliver legendary customer service, and prepare high-quality beverages and food to Starbucks' recipe and presentation standards. You will learn store operations, cash handling, health, safety and sanitation guidelines, teamwork and professionalism while helping create the Starbucks "Third Place" experience. The program offers 6-month (12th/Diploma) and 12-month (graduate) tracks, 5 working days a week, an online assessment, and a government-recognised, Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful completion.

What you'll do

• Welcome and connect with every customer, anticipating their needs
• Deliver legendary customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude
• Prepare quality beverages and food to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards
• Follow operational, health, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Handle cash and maintain a clean, organised store workspace
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support new-partner training

Who can apply

• No previous experience required
• 12th/Diploma completed (6-month track) or graduation in any field (12-month track)
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality; meets store dress code
