About this internship
Bdfl Technologies (10x Academy) is hiring a Customer Care Intern to support its customer engagement and lead-generation efforts. This role is ideal for students and freshers with strong communication skills who want hands-on experience in customer service, telecalling and sales support. You will make outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services, handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information, and understand customer needs to address their queries effectively. You will maintain accurate call records and update the customer database, follow up on leads, set appointments to support sales targets, and collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and customer engagement.
