What you'll do

Map value streams and identify where the waste actually is
Run kaizen events with the shop floor team and sustain the gains
Implement 5S, kanban and visual management on the floor
Track savings and report them against target
Train operators and supervisors in lean basics
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen
Comfort with VSM, kaizen and 5S frameworks, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
