- Oversee restaurant, bar and banquet operations

- Lead and train F&B service teams
- Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards
- Document work clearly and act on feedback

- Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
- Working knowledge of F&B Operations, Menu Planning, Team Management, Cost Control
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Based in or open to working from Panaji, Goa
