What you'll do

Own the collaboration with ADP: managing payroll inputs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate, timely processing
Be the go-to person for employees on payslips, statutory deductions, tax declarations, and take-home reconciliation
Ensure ongoing compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Shops & Establishments Act, and related statutory requirements
Monitor developments under India's new Labour Codes and translate regulatory changes into practical action
Maintain compliance documentation and support audits as required
Support end-to-end onboarding for new joiners
Manage day-to-day employee queries across policies, processes and benefits.
Support managers on employee relations matters, performance conversations, PIPs, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Coordinate performance review cycles
Maintain accurate employee records and system data integrity

Who can apply

Support engagement initiatives and pulse surveys
Contribute to HR policy reviews and ensure they stay current and compliant
Partner with the global HR team on cross-regional projects and initiatives
7–10+ years of HR experience with mandatory, hands-on India payroll experience
Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance, including the new Labour Codes
2+ years' experience working with payroll vendors or platforms; ADP experience is a plus
