• Support end-to-end recruitment and screening
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding and induction
• Assist with employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Support payroll and day-to-day HR operations
• Document work clearly and act on feedback

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Onboarding
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Based in or open to working from Bicholim, Goa
