Skills you'll use

Who can apply

• Partner with internal teams, service providers, and in-country payroll vendors as their subject matter expert to resolve payroll matters.
• Support payroll process implementations, system updates, statutory changes, and program rollouts.
• Participate in testing payroll system enhancements and updates.
• Identify and implement process and documentation improvements, including automation opportunities.
• Monitor payroll performance metrics, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide support and guidance to other payroll specialists and payroll administrator team members to maintain quality and continuity of payroll delivery.
• Act with urgency and as 1st or 2nd escalation point for pressing issues to include as backup for Payroll Manager.
• Comfortable working directly with employees and clients to resolve complex payroll issues.
