What you'll do

Convert customer schedules into daily and weekly production plans
Run MRP and release material requirements to purchase
Balance plans against machine and manpower capacity
Track plan versus actual and re-plan against disruption
Report adherence, shortages and capacity risks
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning
Comfort with SAP PP, MRP and scheduling tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
