What you'll do

Assist the marketing team in developing and implementing strategies for sales and brand awareness
Conduct market research to identify audience trends and commercial opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team on communication materials and campaign messaging
Use MS Excel to record data, build trackers and analyse marketing performance
Support the planning and running of promotional events and activities
Communicate with clients, vendors and stakeholders to maintain working relationships
Prepare short performance summaries and campaign reports for the team
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content and promotional angles

Who can apply

Pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, management, mass communication or a related discipline
Working knowledge of MS Excel including basic formulas, sorting and simple charts
Clear written and spoken English for client and vendor communication
Ability to conduct desk research and summarise findings concisely
Interest in the events, entertainment, fashion or sports industries
Comfort preparing presentation decks and short marketing documents
Organised approach to trackers, timelines and follow-ups
Willingness to support on-ground activity during live productions
Ability to work with sales colleagues towards shared targets
Available to attend the Gurugram office for the full three-month term
