What you'll do

Identify and onboard influencers relevant to specific brand campaigns
Coordinate with creators on campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables
Manage day-to-day influencer communication and follow-ups
Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Track campaign timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule
Coordinate with internal creative, client servicing and operations teams
Prepare campaign performance reports and maintain campaign documentation
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent agencies

Who can apply

Fresher or recent graduate from any discipline, with a genuine interest in influencer marketing
Active familiarity with Instagram and YouTube as content platforms, not just as a viewer
Strong written and spoken English for creator and internal communication
Organised approach to tracking multiple parallel campaigns and deadlines
Comfort with follow-up and negotiation over calls, email and messaging
Working knowledge of spreadsheets for maintaining trackers and reports
Ability to write a clear campaign brief that a creator can act on
Attention to detail when checking content against agreed deliverables
Available to work from the Kochi office for the full three-month period
Willingness to learn agency processes and take feedback on execution
