Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles
Coordinate onboarding and documentation
Support payroll and HR operations
Run employee-engagement initiatives
Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Recruitment, Communication, MS Excel, Onboarding
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik, Maharashtra (or remote where applicable)
