What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure safe and reliable operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults within SLA timelines. Respond to breakdowns, emergency calls, and passenger entrapments, ensuring quick restoration of service. Maintain response times in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in elevators and escalators. Carry out repairs promptly to minimize downtime and prevent recurring failures. Support standby and on-call duties as required. Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards. Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and equipment history accurately. Coordinate with customers, building management, and supervisors to provide service updates and technical guidance. Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts required for maintenance and repairs. Work in rotating shifts and participate in standby/on-call duties as required.
