What you'll do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls
• Maintain the candidate pipeline in the ATS
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Improve job descriptions and outreach messages
• Track recruiting metrics and funnels

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
• Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening or a strong willingness to learn them
• Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
• Based in or open to working from Chennai (In Office)
• Able to commit to the full internship duration
