What you'll do

  • sourcing candidates on LinkedIn/job boards
  • screening resumes and profiles
  • scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • maintaining the candidate pipeline in the ATS
  • supporting offer and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the team and document your work
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR) or any graduate
  • Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening, ATS
  • Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Based in or open to working from Pune
  • A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
