What you'll do

• Support full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer roll-out for teams across the Tiruchirappalli office
• Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and keep the hiring tracker current
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HRMS data accurately and confidentially
• Assist with onboarding, induction and new-joiner documentation
• Help plan and run employee engagement, training and culture initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Recruitment, Sourcing, Boolean Search, Candidate Screening
• Respond to routine employee queries and escalate complex cases to senior HR
• Support HR compliance, audits and policy documentation as required

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM (HR), MHRM, BBA, B.Com, B.A., Psychology, Sociology or any related discipline — 2026 freshers & final-year students welcome
• Working knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Boolean Search (or a strong willingness to learn them)
• Comfort with MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, reports and basic HR data
• Clear written and spoken communication in English (a local language is a plus)
• Professional discretion — HR work involves confidential employee and candidate information
• Strong organisation skills: able to juggle multiple candidates, calendars and follow-ups
• Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in working with people
• Attention to detail in documentation, data entry and compliance paperwork
• Ability to work with an HRMS/ATS or learn one quickly
• Based in or willing to work from Tiruchirappalli
