What you'll do

Achieve territory sales targets and revenue objectives for the Soft Tissue Implants portfolio, including sutures and hernia solutions.
Develop and execute territory business plans to expand product adoption within existing and new healthcare accounts.
Provide operating room support, surgical case coverage, and clinical assistance during procedures involving assigned therapies.
Deliver product demonstrations, therapy education, and in-service training to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, purchasing teams, and other key stakeholders to support account growth.
Identify opportunities to increase market share through account penetration, competitive conversions, and referral network development.
Support product evaluations, committee reviews, and hospital approval processes required for therapy adoption.
Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, customer engagement requirements, and applicable industry regulations.

Who can apply

High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience*
