What you'll do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls
- Maintain the candidate pipeline in the ATS
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Improve job descriptions and outreach messages
- Track recruiting metrics and funnels
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
- Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening or a strong willingness to learn them
- Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
- Based in or open to working from Chennai (In Office)
- Able to commit to the full internship duration
