What you'll do
- Source candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews
- Coordinate offers and onboarding
- Maintain the recruitment tracker
- Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Communication, LinkedIn
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process
3 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Application Screening — the KPIT Technologies recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive role in Hyderabad.
- 2Assessment / Assignment — a short practical task or case study to evaluate your human resources skills.
- 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive.
- 4HR Discussion — a conversation about your goals, availability, expectations and the offer with KPIT Technologies.
