• Minimum qualification – Any Graduate.
• Grade – Deputy Manager/Manager
• · To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• · Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• · To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
• · Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
• · Portfolio Management
• · Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• · Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
• · Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
