What you'll do

Develop engaging learning content, scripts, and copy based on the instructional design framework provided by the Learn Team.
Write clear and concise learner-facing text (video narration, quizzes, reflection prompts, activity instructions, and feedback).
Adapt complex or technical concepts into easy-to-understand language suitable for low-literacy and first-time digital users.
Collaborate with the Instructional Designer, Head of Learning, and design team to ensure content is visually and pedagogically aligned.
Support the creation of assessments, microlearning units, and multimedia-based learning experiences.
Participate in pilot testing and revise content based on learner feedback and data insights.
Maintain version control and documentation for all learning assets.
Contribute creative ideas for improving learner engagement and storytelling across the curriculum.

Who can apply

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in learning content development, or instructional material creation.
Prior experience in edtech or workforce skilling organisations preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
This role requires a strong mix of creative content thinking and assertive project management skills. Please only apply if you have experience across both.
Content Design & Development
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and learner empathy.
Ability to simplify complex ideas and write for diverse learner audiences.
Familiarity with learning design principles and adult learning approaches.
