Support and improve daily operational processes
Maintain trackers, MIS and reports
Coordinate across teams, vendors and clients
Monitor SLAs, quality and turnaround
Identify and drive process improvements
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Process Improvement, Coordination, Data Analysis
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Sancoale, Goa
