What you'll do

Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare, cook and plate dishes to standard
Supervise kitchen sections and junior staff
Maintain hygiene, safety and quality
Manage stock, prep and portioning
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
Working knowledge of Culinary Skills, Food Preparation, Kitchen Operations, Food Safety
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Kundaim, Goa
