What you'll do

• Communication & Content Strategy
• · Own the communication strategy for major product launches, portfolio initiatives and customer journeys, including messaging frameworks and customer-first narratives across touchpoints.
• · Set the content strategy for large customer communication programs, partnering with the execution team on day-to-day production.
• · Review and elevate customer-facing communication, balancing customer experience, business objectives, brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Program Delivery
• · Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and closure.
• · Build workplans, milestones, ownership structures and governance mechanisms, and keep multiple workstreams moving.
• · Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
• Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
• · Build trusted relationships across the Credit Cards business and central functions — Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and CX.
