What you'll do

Plan menus and prepare high-quality dishes
Lead and manage the kitchen brigade
Ensure food safety, hygiene and consistency
Control food cost, portions and inventory
Innovate dishes and specials for guests
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Culinary Skills, Menu Planning, Kitchen Management, Food Safety (HACCP)
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Kundaim, Goa
